I practice what I teach

My work is grounded in years of coaching, teaching, and development work. It is also shaped by an ongoing willingness to examine my own patterns, choices, and reactions.

Over the past three years, I have lost close to 65 kilos through sustained changes in attention, emotion, language, action, and, most importantly, identity.

For me, walking the talk means practicing the same questions and principles I invite other people to explore.
